i think i've out grown the internet.
not by any means intentional, but it has happened never the less.
most of the things i write on this thing now anyways are all private and meant to be read by only me, so why take the time of posting anything at all.
its time to get back to my roots

i got an apartment with my boyfrrriend. and its friggen amazing. the rent is kind of pricy but i think its worth it to have such a great place as my first apartment. my life is going great and i love it. :]

my car got hit by a trampoline.
i was driving down wise road and it flew out of the sky and crashed into my car. broke my windshield my mirror and my antenna. i've broken alot of other things too lately. like friendships. its funny who you consider your friend one day, and then consider them completely meaningless the next. i love the people i have in my life, and that fact that my relationships are no longer based on drinking/drugs/alkaline trio, but actually sharing a common bond with someone. izz nice. even though theres always that one person i'd like more from. i wish age differences didn't ruin good things. i wish i was a few years older, or you a few years younger, because then things would be perfect.

There are no cosmic referees. time-outs do no get called, not even when your world has taken a blow that renders you senseless. the dishwasher still needs to be emptied and the hamper overflows with dirty clothes and the friend that you haven' spoken to in six months calls to "catch up" not realizing that you cannot tell them what's been going on in your life without breaking down completely. and no matter how good it might feel to lay in your bed and sleep away the rest of your life, everyone expects you sane by sunrise.

GuluWalk 2006
Last year, in the inaugural global GuluWalk, over 15,000 people in 38 cities around the world walked in solidarity with the children of northern Uganda. The 2005 event was about telling the story of these courageous children; it turned into a fundraising event that collected over $40,000 to support youth programs in the night commuter shelters and internally displaced persons camps.
However, last year was only the beginning.
GuluWalk 2006 took place in over 80 cities in 15 different countries around the world and raised over $500,000. From Kampala to Kansas City to Calgary, GuluWalk is making a difference.
And GuluWalk is still looking for 10,000 people to be the message of hope. Sign up and join the likes of two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash, Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Sarah McLachlan, decorated general and current Canadian senator Romeo Dallaire and UN special envoy for HIV/AIDS in Africa, Stephen Lewis.
About Northern Uganda:
In the midst of this 20-year civil war and at the height of the conflict, not only did the children ‘night commute’ in northern Uganda, but over 1.7-million displaced persons had been forced into abhorrent conditions in camps where hundreds of people were dying every week because of a lack of clean water, food and medical care. These camps are a horrifically inadequate protection strategy, and the only answer for the Acholi of northern Uganda is peace.
When GuluWalk visited the IDP camps earlier this year and sat down with the Acholi living this brutal conflict, what we kept hearing was, “Even if there is peace, don’t forget about us.”
Even if there is peace, we must not forget. That is the future of GuluWalk.

i hate being stuck in situations like this where i have no control over anything, not even my own happiness. sometimes i just wish that i could be the most important person in someones life, and have the comfort of knowing that there is atleast one person on the planet that cares what kind of a day your having, or night or afternoon or whatever. it wouldn't matter what you told them ever becuase no matter what you said they would listen and care and give you their honest feedback. i hate when i have more in common with strangers than i do the people i call my best friends. i hate not knowing where i'm going to wake up in the morning, or what i did the night before. i hate having to write in a livejournal for all you fucks to read instead of being able to call someone and just spill my guts to them. my "best friend" for the past few years i think has now completely been erased from my life. i hate wasting my time getting close to people then having them fuck me over. i hate being neglected, and i hate loving my parents so much and not have them return that love to me. i'm about done with talking to people ever again. all anyone wants to do is party or whatever gah fuck it i'm out of words.

so my birthday has come and gone but it doesnt feel like it becuase my dad wont let me get a car, even though my mom is paying for it (?) yeah whatever its lame. the other day i was sitting and thinking and getting really ticked off at myself, becuase no matter how hard i tried i couldn't honestly say i believe in god. then it hit me, i also can't honestly say i believe in santa clause , or the tooth fairy, or any of those other silly things you tell children to make them happy. god is just another glorified fantasy that someone told you about to make you happy.

sooo i moved and now i go to central. and its really depressing at lunch when im like sittng by myself, becuase the only people i know at central are dee's two friends, and niether of them are in my lunch anyways. its so weird here, there is like 2 black people in my whole school, and like 99% of my school are these super god loving white kids, and everythign is always so calm and mellow and there arent any fights ?! so basically no entertainment. ahahahah whatever duuuuuuuude
